TERMS OF USE

Glow Up: HealSkin

Effective date: 18 June 2025 – Version 1.1

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

   By downloading, installing, subscribing to or using Glow Up: HealSkin (the “App”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and Apple’s Licensed Application End-User License Agreement (LAEULA). If you do not accept every provision, do not use the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY

   You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FREE TRIALS & BILLING

3.1 Plans and prices

• Yearly Plan: USD 14.99 per year
• Weekly Plan: USD 2.99 per week after a 3-day free trial

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; Apple will convert to your local currency where required. We may add or change plans; you will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.

3.2 Payment processing

All payments, free trials and renewals are handled by Apple via your Apple ID. We never receive your payment details.

3.3 Free trials

If you start a free trial, your Apple ID will be charged for the chosen plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before trial expiry.

3.4 Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. To cancel or change a subscription, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

3.5 Refunds

All refund requests are managed by Apple under its media-services terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.

1. LIMITED LICENCE

   We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the App per iOS device you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
